CROWDER, Mike

Mike Crowder, 80, Hymera, died at 12:30 a.m. Sunday, February 7, at Sullivan County Hospital. He was a former resident of the Perrysville area.

  He had been a salesman for the former Coffing-Hoist Company of Danville, Illinois and a former owner of Hoosier State Motel in Sullivan.
  Born October 4, 1901, in Wabash Township, he was the son of Manford and Estal Wilkins Crowder. He was married to Beaulah Wheat, who died January 24, 1982.

  Survivors include a daughter, Stella Marie Woods of Hymera; five brothers, Fred and Rex of Perrysville, Earl of RR 1, Attica, Harold of RR 1, Covington, and Samuel of Dana; a sister, Mrs. Charles Clawson of RR 1, Covington; and a granddaughter, Sherry Woods of Hymera.

  Services were Tuesday at McHugh Funeral Home in Hymera with Rev. Norman Jett officiating. Burial was in Center Ridge Cemetery in Sullivan. ā€“ thanks so much to ā€œSā€
